Club Necaxa is a professional football club based in Aguascalientes City, Aguascalientes, Mexico. The club was founded on 21 August 1923, and currently plays in the Liga MX, the top tier of Mexican football.

Deportivo Toluca Fútbol Club is a professional football club based in Toluca, State of Mexico, Mexico. The club was founded on 12 February 1917, and currently plays in the Liga MX, the top tier of Mexican football.
Toluca has won ten league titles, the most recent of which came in the 2018 Apertura tournament. The club has also won two Copa Mexico titles, and two CONCACAF Champions' Cup titles.

The Liga MX is the top tier of Mexican football. The league was founded in 1943, and currently consists of 18 teams.

Format
