Jerry Jones’ family involved in car accident outside Levi’s Stadium ahead of Cowboys-49ers
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and his family were involved in a car accident outside Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on Sunday night.
The accident occurred around 10:30 p.m. PT as the Jones family was leaving the stadium following the Cowboys’ 19-12 loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
According to a statement released by the Cowboys, Jones, his wife Gene, and their daughter Charlotte were all transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The statement did not provide any details about the cause of the accident, but it did say that the family is “grateful to the first responders who arrived quickly on the scene.”
