Korean low-cost airline T'Way Air to fly Airbus A330neo to Frankfurt

Expansion into Europe

T'Way Air, a South Korean low-cost carrier, plans to launch flights to Frankfurt, Germany, using the Airbus A330neo aircraft.

The airline will begin operating the route in June 2023, with three weekly flights between Incheon International Airport (ICN) and Frankfurt Airport (FRA).

The A330neo is a wide-body aircraft that can accommodate up to 314 passengers in a two-class configuration, with 290 economy seats and 24 business class seats.

Long-haul expansion

The launch of the Frankfurt route is part of T'Way Air's strategy to expand its long-haul network.

The airline currently operates flights to a number of Asian destinations, including Japan, China, and Southeast Asia.

The addition of Frankfurt to its network will give T'Way Air a foothold in Europe and provide its passengers with more travel options.

A330neo fleet

T'Way Air plans to acquire six A330neos to support its long-haul expansion.

The aircraft is more fuel-efficient than its predecessor, the A330ceo, and has a longer range.

The A330neo will allow T'Way Air to operate more long-haul flights more efficiently.

Competition in the European market

T'Way Air will face competition from a number of other low-cost carriers in the European market.

However, the airline is confident that its low fares and competitive product will make it successful in this market.

The launch of the Frankfurt route is a significant step for T'Way Air as it looks to expand its international network and compete in the global aviation market.
