Motherwell v Celtic: Changes

Ahead of Celtic's trip to Fir Park on Sunday,

Ange Postecoglou has confirmed that he will make changes to his Celtic team for the cinch Premiership clash with Motherwell.

The Celtic manager made wholesale alterations for the 3-0 win over Ross County in the Premier Sports Cup on Wednesday night, with only Jota, Moritz Jenz, and Alexandro Bernabei keeping their places from the 4-0 victory over Rangers on Saturday.

Postecoglou admits he will make more changes for the trip to Fir Park, but he insists that none of the alterations will be down to complacency, with Motherwell having lost their last three matches.

Manager's words

"We'll make changes again for Sunday," Postecoglou said.

"It's not because we're taking Motherwell lightly, it's just the nature of the schedule at the moment and the number of games we've got.

"We've got a big squad and we need to use it. We'll make sure that the team that goes out there is fresh and ready to go."
