The Red Devils are one of three clubs to be shortlisted for the award, which is presented by the Rugby Football League (RFL).
The other two clubs shortlisted are Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves.
The winner of the award will be announced at the RFL's annual awards dinner on October 6.
The Red Devils have been nominated for the award for their work in a number of areas, including:
- Developing and implementing a diversity and inclusion strategy
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players, staff and fans
- Working with local schools and community groups to promote diversity and inclusion in rugby league
The club's work in these areas has been praised by the RFL.
