SAS Adds Non-Stop Copenhagen – Nuuk Service
Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has announced the launch of non-stop flights between Copenhagen and Nuuk, the capital of Greenland.
The new service will commence on 30th June 2023 and will operate twice per week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
The flights will be operated by SAS’s Airbus A320neo aircraft, which features a two-class configuration with 180 seats in Economy Class and 12 seats in Business Class.
The Copenhagen – Nuuk flight will depart Copenhagen Airport (CPH) at 12:05pm and arrive at Nuuk Airport (GOH) at 3:15pm. The return flight will depart Nuuk Airport at 4:15pm and arrive at Copenhagen Airport at 9:25pm.
The addition of the new non-stop service will provide SAS customers with a convenient and direct connection between Copenhagen and Nuuk, which is the economic and political center of Greenland.
The new service will also strengthen SAS’s position as the leading airline in the North Atlantic region.
