West Ham United Sound Out Decorated Coach to Replace Julen Lopetegui

David Moyes may be out of a job at West Ham, after a poor start to the season could see him be immediately replaced by a highly decorated coach.

Multiple Premier League managers have found themselves axed in recent weeks, with West Ham's David Moyes likely to be the next.

West Ham United are reportedly considering a move for former Chelsea and Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, as they weigh up their options to replace Julen Lopetegui.

Lopetegui was sacked by Wolves on Saturday after just four months in charge, with the club languishing in the Premier League relegation zone.

West Ham are currently 17th in the table, just one point above the bottom three, and Moyes is under increasing pressure after a poor run of results.

Ancelotti is a highly decorated coach, having won the Champions League three times with Real Madrid and the Premier League title with Chelsea.

He is currently available after leaving Real Madrid at the end of last season, and he would be a major coup for West Ham if they could appoint him.

However, Ancelotti is likely to be in demand from a number of clubs, and it remains to be seen whether West Ham will be able to persuade him to join them.

Other potential candidates for the West Ham job include former Burnley manager Sean Dyche, ex-Everton boss Frank Lampard, and former Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi.
